SCHOLARSHIPS, AWARDS AND GRANTS

2021- Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance, CBT and Nelson and District Arts Council collaborative grant with Don Konrad for text in a 'Play on Birds.

2020 – Major Project Arts Award: Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance and Columbia Basin Trust - 'Everything Became Beautiful'.
2016 – 2018 Breastfeeding Art Expo. Grant awarded from Kelowna Community Resources and Interior Health, to participate in a 3 year project in the Interior of B.C. to celebrate breastfeeding. Responsible for mentoring youth through workshops, and facilitating their creation of an interactive piece surrounding issues of environmental/health and food security in relation to breastfeeding. Also responsible for creating solo piece for exhibition.
2017- NSG Creative spark grant disbursed by ArtStarts in Schools, funded by Columbia Basin Trust and the Kootenay Columbia Cultural Alliance.
2016 – Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance and Columbia Basin Trust Grant through Nelson and Districts Arts Council. For professional development workshop at MISSA and to complete a new series.

2017 to present-  Founder and operator of The Narrows Art Retreat. Promoting and facilitating Artist Residencies.  Offering private and group instruction at the retreat, as well as working with instructors in other disciplines on course development.
